Your unit, #1308, is situated on the top floor of building one, providing you with a serene private lanai that offers partial views of both the ocean and the pool. The space features two full-size beds for your comfort, along with amenities such as a 48” flat-screen TV where you can catch local and extended channels. Enjoy complimentary high-speed wired or WiFi access during your stay.

The kitchen area includes a large standalone refrigerator with a freezer, perfect for storing snacks and drinks. Additional conveniences include a blow dryer, an ironing board, and complimentary coffee pods. The bathroom is elegantly designed with a granite vanity and travertine tile work. You will also find a writing desk accompanied by four foldable chairs, alongside two beach chairs and an umbrella ready for your beach outings.

Cancellations are straightforward: receive a 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival, or a 50% refund if canceled at least 15 days before your visit.

Your stay includes free beach towels which can be used at the pools or taken to local beaches. However, please remember to return these to avoid a $35 fee. The minimum stay varies from three to four nights depending on the season, accommodating up to four guests comfortably in this 320 square foot condotel.

Legal notes include a 14.96% lodging tax applied to the room rate, and smoking or cooking is prohibited per city ordinance. A cleaning fee of $145 applies, alongside a daily resort fee of $35.00 starting January 1, 2023, which encompasses parking options.
